1. Introduction

Welcome to Business Coaching Turkey. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, and coaching programs. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

These terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors to our platform. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any engagement with Business Coaching Turkey.

2. Service Description

Business Coaching Turkey provides professional business coaching, leadership development, strategic consulting, and related services to executives, managers, and organizations primarily in Turkey and surrounding regions.

Our services may include but are not limited to one-on-one executive coaching, team development workshops, strategic business consulting, leadership training programs, and assessments. The specific scope, deliverables, and expectations for each service will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to clients before the commencement of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for effective coaching and consulting
• Actively participate in scheduled sessions and agreed-upon activities
• Complete assigned tasks and follow-up work as recommended by coaches
• Maintain open and honest communication throughout the coaching relationship
• Respect the confidentiality of group coaching sessions or workshops
• Make timely payments as outlined in the service agreement
• Provide at least 24 hours' notice for session cancellations or rescheduling

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise stated:

• All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) or US Dollars (USD) as specified
• For ongoing coaching programs, payment is typically required monthly in advance
• For workshops and events, full payment is required prior to the event date
• For strategic consulting projects, payment schedules will be outlined in the project proposal
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the client agreement
• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods specified at the time of agreement

5. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Individual coaching sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full session rate
• Group workshops and training events have a 7-day cancellation policy; cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are subject to a 50% fee
• Customized coaching programs and consulting services have specific cancellation terms outlined in their respective agreements
• In exceptional circumstances, we may consider waiving cancellation fees at our discretion

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, frameworks, assessments, and content provided during coaching and consulting engagements remain the intellectual property of Business Coaching Turkey or its licensors. Clients may use these materials for personal development purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without express written permission.

Any customized materials developed specifically for a client as part of a consulting engagement will be addressed in the specific client agreement regarding ownership and usage rights.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. We will not disclose any personal or business information shared during coaching sessions without explicit permission, except:

• When required by law or court order
• When there is a clear and imminent danger to the client or others
• As specifically outlined in separate confidentiality agreements

Clients agree to respect the confidentiality of group sessions by not sharing personal information disclosed by other participants outside the coaching environment.

8. Website Usage

When using our website, users agree to:

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the functionality of the website
• Not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to extract data from the website through data mining, robots, or similar methods
• Not use the website to transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code

9. Testimonials and Case Studies

We may request permission to use client testimonials or create anonymized case studies based on successful engagements. We will always seek explicit permission before using any client's name, company, or identifiable details in our marketing materials or website.

Clients have the right to review and approve any testimonial or case study before publication and may withdraw permission at any time for future publications.

10. Limitation of Liability

Business Coaching Turkey provides coaching and consulting services to support client development but cannot guarantee specific results. We are not liable for:

• Business decisions made by clients following coaching advice
• Financial outcomes or business performance
• Interpersonal conflicts or employment issues that may arise during the implementation of coaching insights
• Any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of our services

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

For existing clients with active coaching or consulting agreements, substantial changes to these terms will be communicated directly, and may require a new agreement to be signed.
