From Vision to Reality

Founded in 2011 by Ahmet Yılmaz and Sarah Johnson, our coaching practice began as a small initiative to bridge Western business methodologies with Turkish entrepreneurial spirit. What started as a two-person consultancy has grown into Istanbul's premier business coaching firm with a team of 15 certified coaches serving clients across Turkey and the Middle East.

Our journey hasn't been without challenges. During the economic fluctuations of 2016, we pivoted our approach to focus more deeply on crisis management and resilience training—skills that proved invaluable to our clients.
